Congratulations for your application!  Here are my questions for you:
1. What do you think are the biggest challenges for the Procedural Auditor of ESN int.?
2. The Audit Commission is responsible for carrying out an internal audit of the financial documents of ESN Int. once per year. Do you have any experience in finance that would help you contribute to the team's work?
3. If you were to issue an recommendation to ESN int. right now, what would you address?

Thank you for your interesting questions as always.

1. What do you think are the biggest challenges for the Procedural Auditor of ESN int.?
In my opinion the Audit Commission as a structure is not that popular and recognized within the organization, people are just not informed of the importance of this structure. One of the main challenges for me as a Procedural Auditor will be making the position and the structure more recognizable and making the NOs and the volunteers understand how important this structure is. Another thing that is going to be a chaleenge is educating the NOs about the regulations and procedures. One thing I got the chance to monitor during the GAs and the NOs calls in the past two years is that people do not know our procedures, they are just not informed enough, for example I have seen multiple times people asking a procedural question which is actually not a procedural question. This is just another evidence of the importance of this matter and is the reason why I put it as one of the focal points in my candidacy.

2. The Audit Commission is responsible for carrying out an internal audit of the financial documents of ESN Int. once per year. Do you have any experience in finance that would help you contribute to the team's work?
I am currently working as a Office Manager and PA of the CEO in my firm, which means I am responsible with payments, invoices, etc, on top of that I am closely collaborating with our accountants, since we are using external accounting firm, so part of their work goes to me as well. The funny thing here is that right after submitting my candidacy I received a task at work and currently I am responsible to handle out the Financial Audit of the Firm, which I think will be very beneficial for my role as Procedural Auditor.

3. If you were to issue an recommendation to ESN int. right now, what would you address?
I have quite a few things I want to address, but the one I would maybe address first is the need of more information. I would reccommand the IB to consult more with the NOs when preparing proposals, especially since we had a recent example with the proposal for removing the Seasonal Trainings. This is something that me and the rest of the team on National Level of ESN Bulgaria are trying to implement on National level before ending our mandate - include consultations and communication before shaping a proposal. I believe that transparency and keeping the volunteers informed is the key for their involvement within the organization and this can only help for the proposals succeess and thus the development of the organization.
